2 10-oz boxes frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 tbsp flour
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
Cook shallot in a large skillet with butter until soft. Add spinach; warm through. Stir in flour, Worcestershire, broth, sour cream, and salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Cook 5 minutes. Add nutmeg.
