Mix dry ingredients, then add eggs, syrup, and water. Mix well but don’t over mix so the puff is taken out of it. Plop 4 equal rounds onto Reynolds release or lightly sprayed parchment paper placed on a cookie sheet. Bake 375 deg F for 10-15 mins until browned. Slice in half (can be toasted if cooled) and serve with ICBINB Spray or 1 T LF/FF Cream Cheese or 1 wedge of LC light cheese.
