Cook cauliflower, covered, in microwave for 6 minutes. Pour off water and let stand until cool.
Squeeze as much water as you can then put in a magic bullet and blend.
Roll into approx. 1.5 inch balls and drop into Parmesan.
Form into tots by flattening the tops.
Place tots on a lightly greased cookie sheet and freeze at least 30 minutes (to help keep shape).
