In medium saucepan, bring sugar, Karo syrup and butter to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter until melted.
Pour over rice krispies and combine.
Press rice krispy mixture into 13x9 pan. (Can line with tin foil)
Over a double boiler, melt butterscotch and semi-sweet morsels.
Pour melted chocolate mixture over rice krispy base. Put in fridge
until chocolate is hardened.
