29 oz pumkin
3 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 tsp vanilla
8 lg eggs
6 cups whole wheat flour
4 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp baking powder
2 cup coarsly chopped nuts

Move oven rack to low position, so tops of pans will be in center of oven. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans, 9 inches, with butter. Mix pumpkin, sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Mix other ingredients in medium bowl. Stir together all ingredients. Pour into pans. Bake 1 hour 10 min - 1 hour 20 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min in pans on wire rack. Loosen sides of loaves from pans; remove from pans and place top side up on wirerack. Cool completely before slicing.
