Toss pork with garlic powder. Heat 1 tsp oil in large non stick frying pan on med high heat & stir-fry pork until just cooked. Set aside

Stir-fry veggies in remaining oil for 2 min. dissolve cornstarch in soya sauce and add to the pan along with pineapple and dressing.

|
Cook on med high until sauce bubbles and thickens. Add pork and ccook 1 min. more. Serve with pasta or Rice.

I change the veggies ie celery broccoli cauliflower carrots water chestnuts ect and double the sauce. Will easily serve 6 this way
