Sift together the flour and baking soda. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream togethr the butter, brown sugar and shite sugar. Beat in the dry instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture by hand. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips. Drop cookies onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golen brown. Redipe can easily be divided.
