     Pumpkin Bread

3 Cups Sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups canned pumpkin
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
2/3 cups water

Preheat oven to 350F. Cream together sugar and oil. Add eggs and pumpkin, mix well. Sift together dry ingredients. Add dry mixture alternating with water.
pout into well greased and floured 9X5 loaf pans. Bake 90 minutes or until edges are golden brown and toothpick comes out clean. Let stand 10 mins and then cool on rack.
