In a large bowl, sprinkle yeast on warm water and stir to dissolve.
Add the flour, sugar, melted butter and eggs. Mix until blended.
Cover bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 3 hours and up to 3
days.
Filling-
1 C sugar and 1 T cinnamon
When ready to bake preheat oven to 350. Mix sugar and
cinnamon.Remove dough from fridge and divide into 6 parts.
Sprinkle sugar mixture on pastry cloth and roll out 1 piece of
dough to 9 inch circle. Sprinkle with sugar mixture again. Cut
dough into 8 wedges as you would a pie. Starting with wide end
roll into crescent shape.
Let crescents rest for 15 minutes. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets
for 15 minutes until golden. Repeat until all dough is used. These
freeze very well.
