2 cups basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup pine nuts
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan chees

Roughly chop basil leaves. Combine with garlic in blender.
Slowly drizzle in 1/2 cup of olive oils. Keep on low speed, stopping often to stir. Gently blend in rest of oil and pine nuts.
Quickly add in cheese and blend. Do not over-blend cheese.
Let sit for an hour before serving.
