1 cup corn
|
|
2 cups boiling water
|

2 cups diced potatoes
|
|
1/2 cup sliced carrots
|

1/2 cup celery
|
|
1/4 cup diced onion
|

3 tbsp butter
|
|
1 1/2 tsp salt
|
|
1/4 tsp pepper
|
|
|
|
1/4 cup flour
|
|
2 cups milk
|
|
2 cups shredded cheese
|
|
1 cup ham (optional)
|

|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine water, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion,
salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Do
not drain.
|

|
Combine butter, flour and milk and bring to boil as
a sauce. Add cheese, stir until melted. Add to
potato mixture.
|
|
|
Add ham and corn. Heat, do not boil.
|
|
|
|
