     Rocky Mountain Barbecued Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
4 lb chuck roast, rub with salt and pepper.
1/2 cup water
Cook in Crockpot on high for 8 - 10 hours or until roast can be
easily shredded.
Barbecure Sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 - 14 oz. Bottle of Ketchup
 
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp liquid smoke
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp celery seed
6 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Instructions
After roast is done. Make Barbecue sauce.
Combine all ingredients for sauce and bring to a a boil, stirring occasionaly. Boil 10 minutes.
Place meat in sauce. Serve on Hoagie rolls
