1 lb sausage, cooked and drained

1 package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
|

3 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
|

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

8 eggs beaten

2 cups milk
|

2 packages crescent rolls
|
|
1 tsp salt
|
|
1 tsp pepper
|

Instructions |
|
|
Spray 9x13 glass baking dish with Pam. Layer
crescent roll dough on bottom of dish.
|

|
Spread sausage, spinach and tomatoes over dough.
|
|
|
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in large bowl. Pour
beaten egg mixture over sausage.
|
|
|
Bake at 325 for 40 minutes or until eggs aren't
runny in center.
