     Italian Stuffed Mushrooms

20-25 button mushrooms, washed and stems removed
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup parmesan, grated
1 cup mozzarella, grated
1/2 cup basil pesto
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients except mushrooms. Place stuffing into mushroom caps, filled completely. Place on cooking sheet and into oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned on top.
