     Goat Curry

Ingredients
Goat - 1.5 lbs
Onion - 1 -1.5 large
Garlic - 1 whole cut into small pieces
Ginger - 1.5 inch wide
Tomatoe - 1.5 Large
Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2.5 tsp
 
Chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
Ground black pepper - 1 tsp
Cinnamon sticks - 1 sticks
Cloves - 2
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Curry leaves to taste
Salt to taste

Instructions
Grind ginger. Heat oil add cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds and curry leaves. Fry for a minute. Add onion, garlic, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper, salt and meat. Fry for 15 minutes. Add tomato, coriander leaves and lemon juice. Add sufficient water. Cook till meat is tender and gravy is thick.
When frying add oil if necessary. If you need Mutton Curry add diluted coconut milk and the desired vegetables (Egg plant, potato, drum stick)
