In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and feta
cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed
until well blended.
To toast nuts, place in a shallow baking pan. Bake
at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until
nuts are lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Cool.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover.
Refrigerate several hours or until well chilled.
Shape into ball and roll in chopped fresh parsley;
cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Serve with assorted crackers.
