     Coffee Cake

Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1 egg
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 T. flour
 
2 tsp cinnamon
2 T melted butter
Instructions
Mix sugar, margarine and eggs
Stir in milk, then dry ingredients. Mix together last 4 ingredients in small bowl to make the streusal
Spread 1/2 of the batter in a 9x9 pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 the streusal mix. Repeat. Bake at 375 for 25-35.
