     Cream Puffs

Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup swiss cheese
 

Instructions
In a saucepan bring water and margarine to a boil. Add flour, stir vigorously. Cook and stir until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time beating for 1 minute between each egg. Stir in cheese. Spoon mixture into a pastry bag. Pipe batter into spirals or whatever shape you want on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes or until puffed. Cut off tops, remove soft dough and stuff with whatever filling you desire.
