     White Chocolate Buttercream

Ingredients
8 oz sugar
2 oz water
8 oz egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 pound 8 oz soft butter
1/2 oz vanilla
8 oz white chocolate melted and cool
 

Instructions
Cook sugar and water to 240 F. Whip egg whites and cream of tartar to soft peaks. Slowly add cooked sugar syrup to whipped egg whites. Whip on 3rd speed until cool. In other dish cream butter and vanilla until light and soft. While whipping slowly add butter mixture into cooled egg whites. Then add melted white chocolate and whip to light.
