2 (8ounce) pkg. of cream cheese, softened

3/4 c. sugar

2 eggs

1 T vanilla

Pie filling of your choice

Vanilla wafers

Whipped cream

Instructions |

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tin with papers. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each muffin tin.

|
For 5 minutes, cream together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
|
|
|
|
Fill muffin tins with cream cheese mixture. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.
|
|
|
|
Top each with pie filling. Squirt whipped topping on each. Serve. Chill leftovers.
