     Tom & Jerry Batter

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. Allspice
3/4 tsp. cinammon
 
Instructions
Separate eggs and beat whites until stiff. Beat yolks until frothy.
Mix together and beat well, add powdered sugar and spices a little at a time. Beat until smooth.
For 3.5 oz cup, use 1 tablespoon batter with 1 oz of Rum or Brandy, mix well and fill cup with hot water or milk.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
