1/2-1 tsp salt
|

1/8 tsp pepper
|

1/2 cup butter - melted
|

1/2 cup parsley
|

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup cracker crumbs
|

1/2 tsp paprika
|

Instructions |

|
In a dish - arrange fillets with thickest/meaty areas to outside edge of dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Pour butter over fish. Top with parsley, lemon juice, paprika,and cracker crumbs.
|
|
|
Microwave on high 9-11 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 way through cooking. Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork.
