     Steakhouse Bruschetta

24 slices of baguette
Olive oil
1 garlic clove, halved
Salt and pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup blue cheese
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 cup chopped basil
2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz steak

Brush baguette slices with oil and toast 3-5 minutes at 450 degrees. Let cool and rub with garlic
Sear steak for 4 minutes on each side (med-rare). Let rest 10 minute then dice.
Mix steak, mayonnaise, blue cheese, vinegar and mustard together. Separately toss tomatoes, basil and 2 tbsp oil.
Spread steak mixture on bread and top with tomato mix.
