1/2 Green Apple
50g Fresh Pineapple
1tsp Ground Linseed (Flaxseed)
200g Greek/Natural Yoghurt
1/2 Banana
Pinch of Cinnamon

Combine all ingredients into a blender until smooth.
Serve and enjoy.
