1 yellow cake mix or a pound cake, loaf-style, or a cake mix from scratch
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup half and half
Whipped topping of your choice
Instructions
Bake cake according to package instructions. If you prefer you can make a cake from scratch.
Remove cake pan to a cooling rack and allow to cool for 30 minutes. Poke the top of the cake all over with a skewer. Allow the cake to cool completely and then prepare the glaze.
Wisk together the evaporated milk, sweetened condencsed milk and the 1/2 and 1/2 in a bowl. Onece combined, pour the glaze over the cake, Refrigerate the cake overnight.
Make your favorite whipping cream or buy already made. Spread the topping over the cake and chill in the refigerator until ready to serve. Add choice of fruit.
