Heat Grill to medium and dust a baking sheet with flour. Season flour in a bowl and stir in yoghurt with 100ml water. Mix well to form soft dough.

Divide dough into 8 pieces, then shape into ovals about 0.5cm thick. Dust lightly with flour. Grill on baking sheet for 3-5mins each side until golden and puffed up. Serve warm.
