     Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients
Beef Tenderloin or ribeye 2-3lbs
soy sauce 2tbsp
Fresh ginger or ground ginger 1 tbsp
cooking sherry 1 cup
 

Instructions
Rub Meat with soy sauce and cover with ginger Roast uncovered at 350 for about 1hr..- & allow 10min. per pound ( so 3lb tendorloin = 1.5 hr rare 2 hrs well done)
add cup of sherry to pan and baste as meat cooks
