     Hershey Double Choc Mint Cookies

2/3 cups butter or margerine, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 cup hershey cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 2/3 cup hershey mint choc chips

Heat oven to 350. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt- gradually add to butter mixture, beating well. Stir in mint choc chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 8 to 9 minutes or until set.
