Melt margarine in large skillet, add all vegetables
at once and saute until soft
add flour and stir, cook until it begins to turn a
light brown color. add chicken broth - at medium
heat whisk until a thick base is formed
add half & half, dont let it boil
add cheese to soup stirring until melted
add 1tbsp chopped parsley before serving
