     Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
4 Onions
4 Cloves of garlic
1 Green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup oil
16 Cups chopped tomatoes
2 TBSP dried oregano
2 TBSP dried basil
1/4 Cup chopped parsley
1/4 Cup sugar
 
2 TBSP salt
3/4 TSP ground black pepper
1 6oz. can tomato paste

Instructions
Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, and vegetable oil. Cook unitl onion is tranparent. Add the chopped tomatoes, oregano, basil, parsley, sugar, salt and ground pepper.
Cook for 2-3 hours on low heat. Stirring grequently. Let sauce cool. Pour sauce into quart size containers. Prepare jars in hot water bath to seal.
