     Honey Mustard Sausage Rounds

Ingredients
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm frozen pastry sheets (thawed)
1 egg
1 T. water
2 T. Honey mustard
16 oz. Kilbasa sausage
 

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375. Whisk egg and water in small bowl.
Unfold and roll out pastry sheet on floured surface to 9x13 rectangle. Brush pastry sheet with honey mustard, cut pastry in half.
Place half of sausage on half of pastry sheet and roll up. Pinch to seal, brush with egg and repeat process for other half.
Cut into 1/2 inch disks before baking. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 20-25 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with honey mustard dipping sauce.
