Preheat oven to 325f.
In bowl mix together bread crumbs, flaxseed, seasame seed, garlic, pepper and salt.
In second bowl, stir mozzarella, cauliflower puree and cornstartch together until well combined. Shape into 8 logs. Gently roll each log in the breadcrumb mix. Wrap in tin foil or wax paper and freeze for 20 minutes.
Cover baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper and place the sticks on it. Place in oven for 8-10 minutes. Wait 2 minutes before serving.
