pre heat oven 350. Butter a 2 quart baking dish. Steam cauliflower until tender.
In medium pan melt 4 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir until blended. Stir in milk and cook until it thickens. Add 1 cup of cheese - S & P. Cook until cheese is all melted.
Combine and top with remainder of cheese. Melt the other 2 tbsp of butter and add breadcrumbs. Toss over casserole and bake for 25-30 minutes.
