4 cups of concord grapes
|

1c. sugar
|

1/4 c/ flour
|
|
1T lemon juice
|
|
1 1/2 T butter melted
|
|
1 9in pie
|

crumb topping
|

1/2 flour

1/4 c. sugar
|
|
1/3 c. butter
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Slip skins from grapes and set aside. Bring pulp to boiling point, reduce heat and simmer 5 min. Press thru sieve to remove seeds, add skins
|

Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add lemon juice butter and grape pulp. Pour into pie shell.
|
|
|
Top with crumb topping. Sift flour, sugar, cut in butter..Bake 50 min. 400 oven.
