Preheat oven 350F. Cook shells in boiling water with salt and cooking oil until tender but firm, about 13-16 mins.

Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, S & P. Stir in milk until it boils and thickens. Stir in cheese.

|
Cook cauliflower until tender. Drain and add to sauce. Drain shells and add to mix. Put in greased 2 quart casserole dish. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and pour on top.

Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until goden brown.
