Put turkey legs in a large soup pot and add broth, water and boullion bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until meat falls off the bone about 1 hour.
Remove drumsticks freom broth. Ad cauliflower and green beans to broth. Bring to a boil cover and simmer for 1/2 an hopur. Use an immersion blender. Add meat Salt and pepper to taste. 124 cal 3.5 carb net per 1 1/2 c serving
Second version. Make soup as instructed. Saute 1 small onion 1 lg carrot 1 stalk of celery till soft add to finished soup or put in pot with the cauliflower and beans. 143 cal 4.5 net carb
