Preheat oven to 375
Season fish with salt and pepper
Brush evenly all over with mustard
Place salmon on baking sheet
Starting at the left end of the fillet, lay a column of overlapping
slices of zucchini
On the next row lay a column of overlapping squash
On the next row lay a column of overlapping tomatoes
Continue until whole fish is covered
In small bowl,mix the crumbs,dill and olive oil
Sprinkle over top of vegetables
