Ingredients
1 1/2 cups self rising corn meal
1/2 cup self rising flour
1 1/4 cup Buttermilk
2 eggs
1/4 Tsp baking soda
 
Instructions
Heat pan with oil in oven. Mix all ingredients. Add some of the oil into mixture then pour into pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
