1 cup shredded cheddar and 1 Maclaren's Imperial Tub
1 large onion, finely chopped
8 bacon strips cooked and crumbled (I use whole bacon microwave box)
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 round sourdough breads
Instructions
Combine first 9 ingredients. Hollow out bread. Spoon cheese mixture in bread bowl. Wrap
bread and cheese spread in foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Eat with crackers and/or chopped
up second sourdough round.
