     Light Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
3 cups of warm water
4 tsp of active yeast
2 Tbls of olive oil
6 Tbls of honey
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of stevia (sweetner)
5 cups of whole wheat
1 cup of white flour
2/3 cup of gluten
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 365. set aside 3 cups of warmer than warm water with the 4 tsp of active dry yeast mixed in.
in large bowl put in this order stir between each. oil, honey, salt, stevia, wheat, flour, gluten, water mixture. stir with spoon till thick then knead. add flour to eliminate stickiness. no more than 1 cup.
spray bread and bowl with pam, cover with towel and let rise till double in size. let rise 2-3 times, the last time it needs to rise in greased and floured bread pans. bake for 30-35 min.
