     Left over Chicken Enchilada

Ingredients
use left over chicken from Cheesy Chicken casserole
1 can green chili
Sour cream
Black Olives
Pace Picante
Tortilla Shells
 

Instructions
Cut chicken into bite size pieces but leave in sauce, mix in picante sauce.
Heat taco shells so easier to fill and fold by following directions on package. Spray 9x9 pan with Pam. Fill tacos fold ends in and tuck edges, place in pan. Top with Green Chili and Shredded Cheddar.
Bake in 350 degree oven til heated through. If want quicker heat left overs and picante in sauce pan before filling shells, then only need to heat to melt cheese and crisp shells, usually 20-30 minutes.
Once removed from oven top with sour cream and black olives.
