Cook noodles. Brown beef, tomatoe sauce and seasonings 15 minutes. Pour beef mixture
over noodles. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and onions and spread over meat mixture.
Spread cheese over top of sour cream mixture. Bake 350F for 35 minutes.
