Begin with plastic baking bags specifically designed for the oven!! Individually place each slab of ribs inside large plastic baking bags. Pour in 1/2 cup of water to each bag ans seasoning or marinade. Gather and squeeze the mouth of the bag to close it around your finger and tie with a bread tie. When you pull your finger out you will have created a hole for pressure to escape while baking.
Place each bag in a baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1-2 hours. The longer it bakes the more tender the meat. Then, remove from baking bag and toss on hot grill. Add glaze or sauce to your preference.
Serve with salad, baked potatoe and green vegetable.
