Cook pasta according to package directions, reserve 1/4 cup water.
|

|
Place garlic, lemon juice and olive oil in a food processor and process until smooth
|
|
|
|
Add avocado and salt and process until smooth and creamy
|
|
|
|
Add basil and spinach and process until smooth. Add 1/4 cup pasta water after pasta has cooked. Mix sauce with the cooked and drained pasta. Add protein and toss.
