Preheat oven 350 Bake almond in single layer, 4 to6 min. till toasted. Prepare rice.
Melt butter in skillet, saute celery and onions Stir in chicken and next 6 ingredients, rice and 3 c. cheese. Spoon into lightly greased 15x10 baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs.
Bake 350 for 35 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and top with almonds. Bake 5 min.
