Heat the olive oil in a stockpot, and the garlic and simmer till brown. Add white onion, simmer till translucent. Add leeks and saute for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Add stock and bring to a boil. Add broccoli and reduce heat, simmer for 15 to 40 minutes. Using a hand mixer, blender or food processor blend until smooth. Garnish with cheese and sour cream. Enjoy
