     White Velvet Cutouts

Servings   6-8 dz

Ingredients
1 lb. margarine
1 lg. cream cheese
2 c sugar
2 egg yolks
1 t vanilla
5 c flour
 

Instructions
Cream first two ingredients; add sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Chill.
Roll thick as these cookies do not raise. So roll to the thickness that you want the cookie to be.
Cook for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool on wire rack until cool; then decorate with icing.
