Heat 1 inch water to boiling. Break eggs into small dish and slide into water. Reduce heat
and cover. Simmer 3 minutes. Remove and place in warm water to warm. Cook bacon 3
minutes each side. Cover. Keep warm. In a double boiler beat 4 egg yolks. Stir in lemon
juice. Place over boiling water. Add salt and pepper. Add butter with wooden spoon and
cook til thickens.
