Preheat over to 350. Mix together first 4 ingredients and set aside. Cut cookie dough rolls into slices. Place slices of one roll into bottom of pan, press together to cover up any holes. Spoon in cake batter evenly and top with remaining pkg of cookie dough slices. Bake for 45 mins until golden and center is slightly firm. Remove from over and refrigerate. Slice when completely cool.
