Brown turkey, drain. Add taco seasoning. Set aside.

Prepare corn muffin mix with egg and milk. Mix well.
|
|
|
|
Pour half of batter into greased 8 1/2 x 11 baking dish. Top with turkey. Layer with up to one cup of cheese. Pour remaining batter over cheese and spread evenly.

|
|
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread with salsa and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake additional 10 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
This recipe is not spicy at all! Don't let the name fool you!
